Delete your account & data

Quanta stores as little as possible about you, and most of it never leaves your device. Here is exactly what deletion covers.

Data that lives only on your device

Your Sovereign Memory, your conversations, and anything from the on-device models never reached our servers in the first place. You control it directly — clear it any time from inside the app (Memory panel and chat controls), or remove it entirely by uninstalling the app or clearing this site's data in your browser. No request to us is needed.

Delete your account from our servers

If you created an account, we hold your email address, your subscription record, your synced and shared chats, the pictures and clips in your library, your profile picture, the devices you linked with Quanta Tether, and any replies you reported. Deleting your account below erases all of it and cancels a subscription you bought on the web. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

A subscription bought in the iPhone app or the Android app is not cancelled by deleting your account. Apple or Google bills it, and only you can cancel it there: on an iPhone in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and on Android in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel it first, or right after.

What we keep, and for how long

After deletion, no profile, chat, file, device or email of yours remains with us. The payment records the law requires are kept by the company that took the payment (Stripe for the web, Apple for the iPhone app, Google for the Android app), for as long as financial-record law requires. We keep only an anonymous log of payment event numbers and refunded purchase numbers, so that one payment is never applied twice and a refunded purchase never unlocks a plan again. It holds no email address and no account, and nothing in it identifies you.
